  • Orders within India are shipped via trusted domestic courier partners or Speed Post.
  • Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days or as per the agreed delivery timeline at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delivery time depends on courier service norms and your location. Typically, orders reach major cities within 5-7 business days and remote locations within 7-10 business days.
  • We ensure prompt handover of shipments to the courier, but Eshan Ecodrive is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities.
  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure the details are accurate to avoid delays.

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via registered international courier companies or International Speed Post for reliable delivery.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days, subject to availability and order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on destination, customs clearance, and local courier policies, usually taking 7-21 business days.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with local authorities before placing an order.
  • Tracking Information: Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email for both domestic and international shipments.

Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • If an order requires customization (e.g., custom-printed bags), additional processing time may be required, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (stock unavailability, operational delays), customers will be notified with updated delivery timelines.

Delayed / Failed Delivery

  • If an order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, customers can contact our support team for assistance.
  • In case of failed delivery due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, re-shipping charges will apply.
  • Eshan Ecodrive is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or postal authorities.
