This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are handled for purchases made through www.eshanecodrive.com.

1. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. While we make every effort to keep our inventory updated, certain products may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

- Ship the available items and refund the unavailable items; or

2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are processed during our regular business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Custom-manufactured or bulk orders may require additional production time. Customers will be informed of the expected dispatch schedule where applicable.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated during checkout based on factors such as:
- Delivery location
- Weight or volume of the shipment
- Shipping method selected
The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Returns and Replacements
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.

7. Refunds

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend noting the damage with the delivery personnel or refusing delivery where possible.

- The outer packaging
- The shipping label
- The damaged product
If a shipment is confirmed by the courier as lost during transit, we will work towards an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to verification.

For wholesale, institutional, OEM, or custom-manufactured orders, separate commercial terms may apply regarding returns, replacements, and cancellations. Customers are advised to review the agreed quotation or purchase contract before placing such orders.
